- Update pedestrian sidewalk, curbs and ramp approaches between Hwy 15/Co. Rd. 75 and 17th Ave. S
- Replace and update signal systems with push buttons with audible tones, speech messages, and vibrating surfaces to assist visually impaired pedestrians.
