Right of Way Mapping and Monitoring
MnDOT’s Right of Way Mapping and Monitoring (RWMM) application is an interactive web-based map index system. It’s designed to help find highway right of way information.
Please be advised that right of way maps are no longer being updated and do not include recent project information.
Additionally, the website does not display the latest MnDOT Plat and Graphic Order footprints or their associated links, as both the website and data are currently undergoing updates. However, these documents can be accessed via the eDOCS link below by using either county or control section information.
Future enhancements to the website will enable the delivery of updated project information, including GIS-format data, Plat and Graphic Order footprints.
Launch RWMM
This application provides access to the following several of MnDOT's datasets, including highway right of way maps, railroad maps, plats, and graphic commissioners' orders. Users can view other MnDOT datasets, including right of way lines, control sections, bridges and others. Users can also search for and download right of way maps.
Launch eDOCS
Through eDOCS, users can access items such as right of way maps, commissioners' orders, road and bridge plans, and survey and utility permit records.
