Lighting project completed on Hwy 67 near Wood Lake and Echo
WILLMAR, Minn. —– A project to install lighting on Highway 67 near Wood Lake and Echo has been completed, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Lighting was installed at the intersections of Hwy 67 and Yellow Medicine County Road 6 in Wood Lake, and at Hwy 67 and Yellow Medicine County Road 21 where Hwy 67 turns south toward Echo.
Benefits of the project include enhanced safety. Werner Brothers, Inc., was the primary contractor and the project cost was approximately $105,200.
