Eastbound Highway 212 is reduced to one lane near Carver
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Crews will reduce eastbound Highway 212 to one lane between Mellgren Lane and County Road 43 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, while they resurface the road, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The resurfacing work, just west of the city of Carver in Dahlgren Township, will help level the road and provide a temporary fix to dips that have been caused by soil settlement. A larger project will be scheduled in 2026 to provide a long-term solution to the issue.
All construction activities and traffic impacts are weather dependent and subject to change. MnDOT urges motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution and slow down in work zones where workers are present.
