Southbound Garfield Avenue to close Sept. 14, in Duluth
DULUTH, Minn. – Minnesota Department of Transportation crews will close southbound Garfield Avenue Sept. 14, between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. This closure is needed for the deck pour of the overpassing bridge, passing over the current ramp that takes traffic to Superior and onto the Blatnik Bridge.
