Hwy 53 work in International Falls to start September 5
DULUTH, Minn. –The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be starting work on Highway 53 in International Falls on September 5. Motorists can expect a lane shift with northbound traffic shifted into the center turn lane. Operations includes a pavement mill and overlay and manhole adjustments. Work is expected to be complete on September 15.
