Expect access changes, closures on Highway 10 and 23 in St. Cloud

ST CLOUD, Minn. – Motorists who travel within the Highway 10 and 23 interchange work zone in St. Cloud can expect access changes and closures until early September, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Here’s what to expect until early September:

  • Highway 23 at Lincoln Avenue Southeast, Friday, July 28: Crews will reopen the north intersection access to/from Highway 23 to a gravel condition and close at a future date for surfacing.
  • Highway 10 at East Saint Germain Street, Monday, July 31: Crews will close and reconstruct East Saint Germain Street between Franklin Avenue Northeast and Division Street East. Access to/from Highway 10 will close.
  • Highway 23 at Division Street East, Monday, Aug. 7 (tentative): Crews will close and reconstruct the north intersection access to/from Division Street at Highway 23.

The schedule is weather permitting.

Motorists should use alternate routes or follow construction signs through the work zone.

Highway 10 and Highway 23 will remain open to one lane of traffic, each direction, 24-7.
