Hwy 65 paving south of McGregor to start July 10

DULUTH, Minn. – Minnesota Department of Transportation will begin milling and paving operations on Hwy 65 south of McGregor on July 10. Motorists should expect mobile operations, traffic control, and flaggers during work hours. Paving operations will take about two weeks.

Once paving is complete, work will consist of shoulder widening at guardrail areas, installation of rumble strips and permanent striping, and culvert work. Those operations will require short term lane closures with flaggers and mobile operations. All project work is expected to be complete at the end of August.

More information can be found on the Hwy 65 project website.
